Returns & Withdrawal

Last updated: 13 August 2026

14-day statutory withdrawal right. If you are a consumer and the statutory EU/Italian distance-selling withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, you may withdraw from an eligible online sale without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. Statutory exceptions remain applicable where the law provides them.

The online form is an additional way to exercise your right. You may also send any clear statement of your decision to withdraw to hello@vibeinharmony.com before the deadline.

1. Trader

VIBE online consumer sales are currently operated by MVM S.r.l., registered office at Viale Marx 171/2, 00137 Roma (RM), Italy. VAT number 16352381004 · REA RM-1651555. Contract and withdrawal contact: hello@vibeinharmony.com.

2. When the 14 days start

  • For one item delivered in one shipment: from the day you or your designated third party, other than the carrier, physically receive it.
  • For several goods ordered together and delivered separately: from receipt of the last good.
  • For a good delivered in several lots or pieces: from receipt of the last lot or piece.

It is enough to transmit your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires. If mandatory consumer law applicable to you provides stronger rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

3. How to withdraw

You can exercise the statutory withdrawal right by either:

  • using the VIBE online withdrawal form and completing the final confirmation step; or
  • sending an unequivocal statement that you are withdrawing from the contract to hello@vibeinharmony.com, including enough information to identify you and the order.

If you use the online withdrawal form, VIBE sends an acknowledgement without undue delay to the email address you provide. The acknowledgement contains the withdrawal information submitted and the date and time of transmission.

4. Returning the goods after withdrawal

After notifying VIBE of withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. VIBE will confirm the authorised parcel-return destination in writing for the return process. Do not send return parcels to the registered office unless VIBE expressly identifies it as the authorised return destination for your return.

Under the current VIBE return policy, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where the law permits this. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping proof of dispatch. This does not affect any separate rights you have for defective or non-conforming goods.

5. Condition of returned goods

The statutory withdrawal right is not conditional on the product being completely untouched or on original packaging being intact. You may handle and inspect the garment as you reasonably would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Please return the garment with the accessories, labels and packaging supplied where reasonably possible. This request does not remove a statutory withdrawal right merely because packaging has been opened.

6. Refunds

When a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, VIBE refunds the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day VIBE is informed of your decision to withdraw.

For sales of goods, VIBE may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you are not charged a fee for the refund.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered are not required to be reimbursed under the statutory withdrawal rules.

7. Exceptions

The statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where the legal requirements for an exception are actually met. For example, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised may fall within an exception. Choosing a standard VIBE size or standard colour does not by itself make a Drop 001 garment personalised.

8. Defective or non-conforming goods

Withdrawal for a change of mind is separate from your mandatory legal rights when goods are defective or do not conform to the contract. The statutory legal guarantee and any mandatory remedies remain available independently of this return policy. Contact hello@vibeinharmony.com and include your order reference and a description of the issue.

9. Model withdrawal form

You may copy and send the following model form, but using it is not mandatory. An unequivocal statement is sufficient.

10. Scope and mandatory rights

This page is intended to provide the pre-contract and post-contract information for VIBE consumer orders placed online. Nothing here excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where another mandatory rule gives you greater protection, that rule prevails.
